Host A Bottling Party
Wine bottling parties are a great opportunity for mixing food, friends, and the unique personalized gift of custom wine.
We've hosted wedding parties, coporate functions, birthdays, anniversaries and retirements. It's a hands-on expereience that is one-of-a-kind.
Our Kilohana Square location is also available for large functions and private parties, with enough space to comfortably accommodate up to 50 people.
Our standard policies are outlined at right, but we are happy to make special arrangements upon request.

Standard Party Policies
All policies are always subject to change.
Each barrel of wine includes a 1-1/2 to 2-hour reservation at one of our three bottling stations for up to 12 people. Two barrels allows up to 24 people, 3 barrels up to 36 people.
We have 3 bottling stations, & up to three groups can be booked at one time.
Parties may exceed the limits above, with management approval and depending on specifics of scheduling. A nominal $10 per person fee will be charged per head for each additional participant, regardless of age or level of participation.
Outside alcoholic beverages are not permitted at this time.
Private / Large Party Policies
We have a wonderful venue for your event, and would love to have you join us. Our Kilohana Square location comfortably accommodates up to 50 people.
In order to exclusively reserve our space for a large function or private party for 2 hours, our current fee policies are:
Days: Monday - Friday until 4pm; $500 or bottle 2 barrels.
Evenings: Monday - Thursday, 4pm to 10pm; $750 or bottle 3 barrels, plus a $150 service charge*.
Evenings: Friday - Saturday, 4pm to 10pm; $1,200 or bottle 4 barrels, plus a $200 service charge*.
*The service charge will be waived if at least 2 new wines are started the night of your bottling. Allowable time blocks for private functions must be arranged in advance.
